''Sensor data is compiled by the iBaby System’s cloud servers or other processing devices and compared to the parameters of one or more templates.''

''Accused Products further use a non-transitory cloud server, which stores processing instructions for carrying out the limitations of the Accused Products''

===============

emit, if you had one of the accused cameras.... e.g NestCam, you to would appreciate, as I, how the camera sensor image data is handled and post processed with bells and whistles..

You would get a feel for exactly what is taking place through the processing devices (be it servers transitory or non-transitory or other)....and where the word "sensor" fits for post production processing or "sensor data is compiled" .

Compiled is a post production sensing process of the raw camera data stream....where the camera is initially associated as a sensor device.

The word "sensor" initially fits the description of the camera in collecting initial data.....where that "Sensor data is compiled" on processing devices .....where post sensing of that data takes place...or is identified and sorted.

Be it a leaky water issue(sensed) .....tolerances in rotating machinery(sensed)....or you name it(sensed)....Anything that can be visually witnessed.....where an incident can be marked on the fly in real time.....and edited into a live bit stream, triggering yet alerts to be disseminated as needed.

Note: tricky data collection allowing editing issues is required of the data...anything come to mind?

The bell and whistle editing added to the raw data are the power.

It makes no difference where the "Sensor data is compiled" be it servers transitory or non-transitory or other.
