Yes, I am looking at this as an OPPORTUNITY for Handal / Hedrick to amend the complaint and make it stronger than the original and still be able to jump thru the hoop of political wrangling set before them.... I wish them all the luck too.

Honestly, as soon as I saw the order, I sat in amazement with my jaw hanging open (under my bag of course..lol) and thought... oh well, this case has just been elevated to a higher level and a lot of eyes will be on it now... in my opinion, of course. It's not just about e.Digital v. Ibaby... its bigger than that now. Unless I am missing the BIG PICTURE and I am making a big deal out of nothing ;-)

It will be interesting to say the least. We shall see.
