What Q/K will show wheather the Goo is royality or 1 time?IMHO Goo, Dropcam & Nest had too many products and/or product possibilities in the market for any one time fee for infringment. Today's PR was a complete surprise to see New Cases being filed. Attorney Fee's being Re - Structure? Was it because Edigital Patents are stronger than before or maybe the coffers are improving?
