sman...I see it as a win win.....Handal gets a pay back for defendant being lackadaisical...and it must be paid or defendant will be found in default. While at the same time Handal has his hooks in a defendant that can not file for IPR, because they went past the 1 year to file date. Handal settles this case with license and fees.
