this is a 3 page Order from the IPR recognizing settlement. It is filed under the main Nunchi patent, and the following 5 Nunchi patents. It is public record, but not the settlement agreement itself. However, attorneys for Google filed an updated Exhibit list in the IPR Proeeding and the list WAS public record, which is now not retrievable...the only additional info was the exhibit said as Plank, recalls, "Google Settlement and License Agreement"...I wonder why the earlier links will not work....Dishino????? interesting... Plank will find.
