Hi Pravda... I also couldn't find it but now know where it is. when you scroll to the very bottom of the page you will see a BLACK tab with an up arrow. click on the arrow and you can enter a text in this window. I believe a tab that says "report bug" would be much easier to spot...but thats just my feelings.
