You don't have to do anything special, simply "follow" members, "follow" inportant threads and for companies just "Add To Your Favourites" to track ANYTHING new they release.  

Doing this will do two important things for you:

1. Save you incredible amounts of time by delivering your customized universal info in one place.
2. Use the saved time to discover new stocks that your favourite members are posting on, or dive deeper into newly followed companies.

All you have to do is click "follow" on your fav posts, members and companies.
