`That`s another way to say that while predominantly on his ``watch`` almost 100,000,000 shares of company stock was squandered due to almost 7 years of back to back ``bad luck``....

And how many million`s did Falk make by selling at $13.5 per share when he was ``squandering`` those 100 million shares while promising shareholders ``Home Runs``, and multi-billion dollar OEMS he was to deliver ``Soon``?...
