"with a a 3% sucess rate after all the BS."
As for the BS regarding the value of the 97% not having a chance with an IPR procedure....it all turns into wasted: primary legal proceedings, education, time, money and effort.
Even if the success rate was 50% there would still be something wrong with the USPTO initially granting an unfounded 50% of IP.
There are some real discouraging problems regarding the USPTO and all of the economies that satellite around it. As of AIA, it all turns into artificial nonsense.....where that includes settlements in the primary legal proceedings in avoiding an IPR ruling.
USPTO issues aside, as it is but one instance of our society, .....I'm feeling very bleak regarding the rest of our artificial society.
I'm struggling with a worthless feeling.
