OK...so if some company wants to buy us at the current price, all they need is about $14.7Mil. Scary, ain't it?:>):>)  At 10cents/share $29.5Mil.....etc.

At a half a buck/share, we got about $146Mil. I'd like to know from some of you guys, who are knowledgeable about such things, what would a prospective buyer need to show in potential revenue to justify the purchase?

I haven't factored in outstanding options.
