I was able to retrieve the Scott Nettles testimony  expert witness for e.DIGITAL in PTAB    e.DIGITAL v. Google.

I am not expert in technically details of these testimony  , but reading between the lines in own opinion , it seems the confidential settlement agreement between e.DIGITAL & Google is beyond simple dismissal and it has more weight for validity of Nunchi patents.

I was not able to copy the tables & figures because of their picture quality formats. This testimony is presented in approximate  to 30 pages and i am going to post those in 9 segments.
