Perhaps a non-disclosure agreement arangement that is now revealed when there is a case of over payment and MSFT getting money back???? And if there is an issue of license royalties then royalties on what patents? Flash, Nunchi, Micro??? A license or a partnership? Will EDIG get money back if MSFT gets money back? Just wait..this may get more interesting than other controversial issues these days. IMO.
