Yes, settlements are nice, but a win in court would be FAR more valuable.  Clearly, Edig has chosen to fight the small battles, get settlements for an amount we are not aware of and avoid the court battle that could either be a home run or a strike out. Maybe this plan will someday work.  Maybe someone will come along, buy the company and either continue the fight with more fire power or force the matter to be decided in court once and for all as it relates to Nunchi.
