Don't look for anything soon from this outfit with a CC hearing in August. Most likely it'll be postponed.....they almost always are for purposes of delay. Also, they might just fight us all the way. I wouldn't mind seeing that test. They probably have the cash to do so. If they cave, I believe it won't be before 2018. Between now and then you can always buy some lottery tickets. :>):>)
