I was in Superior Court the other day - each side got 5 minutes of oral argument.  5 minutes after about 2 years of rangling.  Our Superior Court is interested in fairness, rather than the letter of the law like our Common Pleas courts.

I also had DM trying a case in State Supreme Court.  Won't know outcome for months but DM has been doing a good job with the case fwiw.
