I was not discussing other boards,  I pointed out false info being posted on another board by a basher, an Agoracom Reject, stating EDIG has 100 million shares they could sell to raise money which is not true.

A/S = 350 million, not 400.

For those new to EDIG doing DD, cruising from board to board, the info over there is wrong.

How was this point not mentioned in the replies....sheesh.
