Sorry to hear of the health issues, glad you are doing better.

Here are my thoughts, and from close observation having lived 10 minutes from each of the 3 offices I visited since 2000, but no longer live in the area.

RP was easily accessible until the DM deal in I believe Mar, 2008 when the 1st Flash suits were filed.  Fred was as well, be it by simply dropping in asking for a few minutes, or by appointment.  Once DM was on the scene, along with advice from Curt, the SEC advisor, the personal visits came to a halt in about 2012.  Under Handal now, the "policy" of no more personal visits remains.

It won't accomplish a thing to demand more transparency, harass Fred in a confrontational manner, even harass him politely if there is such a method, to include emailing him wanting answers on a range of topics.  He is gagged.  By that I mean, every public communication is reviewed by others, before it goes to the wires.  Like it or not as shareholders, that's the way it is and it won't change anytime soon.

With the BOD changes, I hope it's a signal that better times are ahead.
