Springer got the same stock option deal in August, however since the stock was a bit lower then his exercise price is just a bit lower. The first options are vested upon granting and the next numbers are every six months after that. Springer will be fully vested 1 1/2 years from last August and Packer will be fully vested 1 1/2 years from last October.
