I want info as much as anyone, but no 8k required for every one our settlements to date, so why should we expect it to change?

Why should any company file an 8k if it's not required...why go to the effort and the cost?

Why are we still debating this after 9 years?

Obviously our SEC advisor (Curt) is guiding us correctly or he'd change it.
