The parties have agreed upon the following constructions for each of the claim terms and phrases listed below.

2. “social hierarchy”         “an arrangement of persons and/or operations in a series of ordered levels”

3. “social template ”       “data structure associated with a social hierarchy and one or more social signatures”

4. “unique social “ signature”        “a social signature associated with a specific social template at the time of processing”

II. Disputed Claim Constructions and Identification of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Evidence There are no disputed claim constructions in this case.

III. Request to Vacate Claim Construction Hearing As there are no disputed claim constructions, the parties do not believe a claim construction hearing is necessary. Accordingly, pursuant to the Court’s Minute Order, the Parties jointly request that the claim construction hearing currently scheduled in this case for June 5, 2017 be vacated and that the Court enter an order adopting the Parties’ agreed-upon constructions set forth above.
