UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

Pursuant to the parties’ request, ECF No. 81, the Court adopts the parties’ constructions of the claims at issue in this case, and the claim construction hearing scheduled for June 5, 2017 is vacated. The parties are ordered to submit a joint proposal, or competing proposals, for a schedule for the remainder of the case, including a dispositive motion deadline and a trial date. The dispositive motion deadline should be at least 84 days before the pretrial conference, and the pretrial conference should be at least 24 days before the trial date. The Court conducts pretrial conferences on Friday afternoons and begins trials on Mondays. The parties’ proposal(s) are due by March 8, 2017.
