All are good thoughts.

As to the email, my observation of Fred over the years, he has 3 ways when replying communication in any form:

1. Reply with an answer that references you to a PR, 8-K or Q filing, guiding you to the answer that was already made public and you missed it.

2.  If it's company confidential, something that is not ready to be released yet, it's inside info so he will either ignore completely, or...

3.  Take some publicly available information but not simple to get or interpret, thow a statement out there tell you he can't comment further, letting you connect the dots.

He can't say the court documents don't exist, or did at one time, he can't argue the USPTO chosen words in the documents.

HIS chosen words certainly hint of the settlement, cleverly brushing you away from the company on to others.

At the end, we remain with no conclusive info.

1 bod guy leaves, 2 are added, why.....this is the bottom line for me with this legal mess for 9 years, why make this move at this time....right after this Google deal?
