We are about 3 cents away from solid support.....nothing to worry about....lol......but thats less than $15K in value someone is looking to sell................its probably the same person who started with over 750K shares the other day sitting on the ASK.  

By dropping his/her ask to where it is now (.0348 as of this message) the market has been chewing through the supply.  Today is acutally the highest volume of the year................but with new patents being published in the bulletin and a Markman just two weeks away.....seems odd someone it the know would be dumping and yet POST (ie make it visible on level 2) their large offer on the ask like that, especially if there were say millions more shares behind that to sell......More than likely its a plain old trader tired of watching this paint dry and getting barely a whisper from the company.
