Message: Possible sale of the company

What's in the sale of the company for Fred? He owns less than 1M shares and less of the stock than many of the posters on this board. It works in his favor to just keep the status quo which does not require much effort on his part for a (somewhat) secure wage. The only bright side is that the BOD members Strike price is somewhere around 5 or 6 cents if I am not mistaken (and I can be) so it seems that might be a miniumal target.

If EDIG becomes, as hinted at,  a real product company with sales while getting more companies to license, there could be a significant future but if they continue to be silent about everything, there is little for an investor to go on.  Also becoming a product company requires money to manufacture, sell and deliver.

Most folks here  I sense bought in when things were vastly different in the IP world and little companies could make their voices heard. The AIA has been an anchor on innovation for small companies and a major benefit mostly for big companies. Patents cost on average $18-20K to obtain and 50 to 100 times that to defend.

That aside, there seems to be little in the way of an exit for most holders of this stock outside of the sale of the company given the lack of PR statements and the pencil thin trading volume afforded by those who are making and controlling the market for EDIG. They may well have the same hopes as everyone here but want to make sure that they maximize gains on a future (hopefully) ride up to some attractive mulitple of $0.035.

Might be I have to have my kids liquidate this when my estate is settled and I am pushing up daisies. I suppose that is the ultimate exit strategy.
