I may well be proved a fool in the long run but the appearent continued strengthening of the IP portfolio and the settlement succsesses make me trust/believe I will not be.

There are still some very important questions that remain unanswered, top of the list is: Do the settlements include royalties?

I am hoping that these folks are smart enough to know the importance of royalties to the future of the company. I am also hoping that they will confirm their smarts publically at some point. The silence gets deafening at times.
