Yup. At least there is something predictable about the trading of this stock (other than a 0.035 to 0.04  spread). It is almost like clockwork

I am guessing that they don't know that the SEC frowns on such activity. If it is the same person every time, it could come to someone's at the SEC's attention, though in reality this is still a very small and very thinly traded fish... for the moment at least
