Thanks for all you do. It's nice to be reminded of the good things.
With all that, so far, the settlements have resulted in marginal revenue. I think it's obvious the company can't survive this way. It's going to take something extraordinary to change the company's financial state.
Why haven't there been more filings? Is it possible the number of companies, that would provide a reasonable settlement, has decreased substantially? Have we reached the bottom of the barrel? Is Handal not interested in cases that will most likely produce nominal dollars? How many companies are left worth suing? What's the real reason Handal lowered its contingency fee?
I guess the major question is, has the reason they stopped filing been forced upon them by circumstances beyond their control OR is it a strategic decision?
