Plank will take a stab at this
This is where having over 293 million shares really pays off
Big opinion here it is
Market cap is the biggest joke of a calculation no company could sell all of it stock in one day at a set price At least not in a publicly traded company with an open market in without an agreement to buy approved by the majority of shareholders
Let's say you wanted to buy our little company for four cents a share Lets further say you wanted to own all the shares and not just a majority so you wouldn't have to worry about a take over from you down the road
Our average trading volume per day is approximately 100,000 shares
It would take 2930 days to buy all the shares and this would assume that the volume would stay the same but the price will stay the same at means it would take eight years to buy all the stock
Of course this wouldn't work consistent buying volume would only raise the price but it would bring in more volume but to mention if it takes you eight years to buy something there's absolutely no benefit and a purpose and trying to buy it
