IMO, part of the reason... "part" of the reason we are hovering around 4 cents is manipulation, from somewhere or someones.

Another reason is no promotion or PRs from Fred, period.

Still another reason is saturation of shares held by those in the know. Just how many more shares can the faithful here buy to keep the price at 4 cents, let alone create a momentum that thrust the share price above moving average lines? Anyone here on Agoracom plan on buying a few million shares every day for a week or two and creating an updraft in the price? 

And I have to wonder just who is selling at three and a half cents and who is buying? Day after day.... What do the sellers know? What do the buyers know?

And yet just one bit of encouraging and exciting news ( up coming patents announcement? ) has the potential to over ride all of the above and  lift the stock price.
