The answer to your last question Plank is absolutely not!  

To Plank's point, our new directors are accomplished professional with stellar resumes who have in major league environments excelled in the delivery of value to all their partner stakeholders.

There is no way either of EDIG's new Directors accepted their EDIG responsibilities without almost certain confidence that they could help drive robust and sustainable growth and value creation.

If not that, then why accept these new responsibilities? ( When there was most likely many other Board Director assignments for them to choose from?)

IMO, regarding our SP, we're hurt due to the Board and Management continuing to misfire on issues of self promotion, transparency and healthy and proper communications with their loyal shareholders!
