btw, Handal's 2012 retainer agreement only specified flash R patents.....Handal operated under that agreement for Nunchi cases for a LONG time...for some reason that needed to be clarified and terms revised, in Sept 2016...now agreement specifically states Nunchi patents, and continuations...of course the dollars changed too...

btw, the court filings are not Motions to Withdraw, just notices of firm name change.---Plank's guess would be you wouldn't waste time with a Notice of name change if you were going to withdraw...however, we only have 3 open cases and ....2 that are "settled" but pending documentation...
