Just because Tony is with a new law firm doesnt' mean he is not representing eDigital.

It could mean that eDigital now has Tony and the added force of the larger firm.

It could also mean that Tony's role is less about court hearings and more about making sure royalties are paid properly.

And it could mean that eDigital either will have new legal counsel with a partner or that no legal rep is needed because of a sale.

Lots of encouraging reasons vs. a few negative reasons, IMO.
