What you are describing is sort of a BOEING ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, or GENERAL MOTORS ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION.

UNITED orders $4 billion in 777E`s, and they pay 20% down.

Boeing starts making the planes, and gets paid by the ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION,(which is a finance company selected

for completeing the purchase...

If UINTED goes Bankrupt, and Boeing has sold all its planes and gotten the money, Boeing is out of the loop. It is the ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION that deals with bankruptcy issues...

All and all, it is the best deal EDIG has worked out so far...

I only hope they have all the ``pipelines`` lined up and loaded, so as they can ``deliver`` fast, and ``cash out``.
