to recap only a few points...OPINION

Williams was a terrible witness for the Google, Nest and Dropcam plaintiffs..in Plank's opinion..(depo excerpts were attached to e.dig's responses.)

.it was so bad that it made you go hmmmm which is the only way Plank will give his opinion on this, except...Plank believes he previously opined that Williams would get STRICKEN as a POSA....leaving Plaintiffs without expert testimony....Williams only worked in gps...which is not context awareness, at least not by itself...(whoops starting new rant, here)

Separately, e.Digital had the most AMAZING expert EVER!! like someone who's actually worked in the field in the last 10 years..duh...

yeah, Plank went out on a Plank..but 

Plank did not really go out all that far...as case announced please put IPR on hold in early June, due to settlement pending.

yeah, that's where Plank is.

oh, yeah, and the small detail of e.Digital having additional continuation patents APPROVED OVER AND ABOVE EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PRIOR ART THAT THESE PLAINTIFFS SUBMITTED IN THE IPR.  OOOPPSS... or is that great?
