The PTAB has a lot to do with it. Where has the value been established...from that little blurb file heading filed by Google @ the close of the IPR?
The PTAB is a new wrinkle recently added to the litigation mess... where IPR's are far reaching into civil matters regarding settlement issues.
Until I read some press of some sort from e.Digital / Google we have nothing as investors.
