I agree with you observation. However, Fred has always wanted the gold, seemingly never wanting to partner or share or sell out. The first attempt ended with us watching the iPod bring in millions of dollars for Apple and just legal battles for EDIG. Fred is near or alreading of Medicare age. And he is not the only one of the many EDIG loyalists. I hope that he settles for silver rather than perhaps be buried or cremated with a bag of gold. Many contracts have the phrase, "time is of the escense". I hope Fred is keeping that in mind for himself and all of us!

Of course if there is more to the Google story and the licensing of our patents (than we know of at this time) then EDIG may already have an order for the armored truck to pick up a very big gold delivery.
