It all has to do with the attitude of those who can make decision.  Having a patent means very little if they believe that some one with clout can use it better than you can.  Thats why we have all the theft going on by apple and others who will steal what they need and then have you chase them all over the court system to see if you can get a settlement.  and that will come only if a Judge who knows the law and decides on the issue according to the law and not his opinion.  Our patents have proved to only in the interest of those that head the company since they are saleried.  It looks like it will be a cold day in hell when we will see anything from all that we invested.  Its not the fault of the product but the system.  We were taken and they made billions on our idea's.
