You do not want to tie the scope of Synap to any one platform... you want it to be industry broad.

It's the same for theNUNCHI platform... you do not want to tie it directly to The Flash R platform.

Those are the mistakes that I made in studying the Flash R platform... the proprietary issues of the flesh patents and their extreme indifferences to status quo is what we on these boards were pointing out. Where Handle had to  argue that the proprietary issues can  implement status quo methods....e.g bitmpping... the patents were not tied specifically to their proprietary methods.

In other words, we were short changing ourselves focusing on the proprietary issues where the patents were much broader than that.

I'll not make that mistake again.
