whatever happened or may have happened 11 months ago with Nunchi patents has done nothing for the share price.  The share price prior to the finding of the info on the IPR website re Google was about 4 cents.  Then, when people thought that there would be money coming from Google the stock traded up to 9+ cents and when no money showed up in the income columns for two reporting periods the share price dropped back to 3-4 cents.  It is nothing short of miraculous that this company still exists, IMO.
