There has been many questions on the reliability of the Patten system and that there is attention given that it is playing into the hands of the giant corporations that seen to have a leg up over those who might invent something and then stolen by them.  Its not just the system but the judges that have been currupted and have been for a long time.  I have for years mentioned that judges seem to make deciision not based on law but opinion which indicated they were ignorant of the law or worse yet out right thieves for going along with a company that they might personnally be involved with.  Whith the callasp of the patten office it does make it even easier for these large companies to steal rather than invent what they need.  this has been the history as to what has happened to EDIG for the last 20 years.
