She is not our landlord....sman posted the lease agreement...it's with the bldg owner/prop as it was when they moved in originally.

It is shown as a separate space and mailing address in the lease. 

It appears Mary had 400 sqft not being utilized, so it was walled off and edig took it.

On the patent subject, her no longer involved, it can be a simple matter of no longer needing her services, with Pat doing the wrap up.

But of course...we have some folks who see the negative, to keep us positive types in check.
