I sat in the bankruptcy meeting with Mr. Barclasy, the trustee for EDigital Corp of Delaware. He was very fair, as thorough as he could be in the time alloted and asked numerous "pointed questions" to FF. Mr. Mealy Mouth answered those questions in the manner we all have come to know, (not really giving an answer). One question that really almost made me jump out of my chair and get evicted FROM THAT MEETING was the question he poised to FF from a letter from an investor questioning the reason Mary Fales was no longer with EDig. Mr. Mealy Mouth gave a semi-involved answer that boiled down to "she had nothing more to do and wasn't being paid so WE MUTUALLY AGREED TO PART WAYS" In other words SHE SIMPLY QUIT OR WAS FIRED, TAKE YOUR PICK..... The attached form from Mary Fales "DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO SAYING THAT"....."#3  about the practicioner was discharged"  or #4 a client insists upon taking action the practitioner considers repugnent or with the practitioner has a fundamental disagreement.

Mr. mealy mouth told the trustee the sole reason for Mary Fales was no longer with EDig was #3. however Mary Fales signed, a, and I am assuming a legal document, the reason for her leaving was #4.

The trustee asked a couple more questions and I just got the sense (JUST MY OPINION NOT BASED ON ANYTHING) that he was not really satisfied with that answer. Probably because of the number of letters he received on that subject, which by the way, he referred to quite often. Maybe this and other missives to him caused both trustees to continue with another meeting, due to not really being convinced this was a simple "bankruptcy".

I would incourage all here to continue communicating with both trustees but DEFINITELY DO IT IN A MANNER THAT IS POLITE AND NON JUDGEMENTAL...........PLEASE JUST FACTS,,,,FACTS,,,,FACTS....I noticed he read a few letters that stated unproven allegations, such as: "THEY ARE CROOKS", "THEY ARE LYING BAD GUYS"....ETC.....

PLEASE....NONE OF THAT....
