Just an add on to the above: Mary Fales resigned/fired well before FF declared bankruptcy.....If she knew of the upcoming events well before they were made public then, (I am no attorney here so I am speaking from legal ignorance) I would feel that is a "MATERIAL EVENT" to which absolutely should have been made public AND WAS NOT...
