Handal was the lead attorney for the Federal circuit Civil actions prior to the AIA bullcrap.

Mary was there directing the patent application actions before the USPTO... working under an entity by the name of Patent Pros.

Once the AIA crap hit the fan Handal brought in Purcell to  lead the AIA actions.... as Handal did not have the USPTO credentials.

Moving into the Google AIA issues,  Purcell was dropped and Mary took up his position as she had the credentials to stand before the USPTO and Handal assumed some form of direct responsibility to speak before the USPTO under Mary.

 And  the shake-up continues
