In my opinion Fred did nothing wrong, he pointed the company to process its IP properly because without proper IP , it used to be , you don't have a company.
We were right there at having our company proceeded coming out of an appeals court with a positive ruling while at the same time, within 3 weeks, getting a positive claims construction ruling on theFlashR IP.
One does not have a proof positive company without having your IP bonafide.. Otherwise you're going to be torn to pieces by the big operations anyway
AiA and Congress impositioned the company.. not management.
If the patent portfolios that they put together are not bonafide prior to them getting serious about the company... they have nothing to manage.
