Your observation is correct, meaning admin deleted it, and it was not flagged either, as you can see.

Oh, a a little correction fyi, only HL's can view a deleted post, no matter who deletes it.

If a HL does a copy/paste of a deleted post by admin and reposts it, big no no...abuse.
