Your points are relevant and reasonable.  I have certainly thought it possible that PN is referring to another venture or business unreleated to EDIG.

On another point, PNs twitter posts, I believe to be authentic.  There is a long history of his substantive tweets prior to this recent event that reflect his experience and knowledge [unless it was recently hacked].

Time will tell... maybe.....
