Assuming that is Nunally tweeting and not just some cruel joke, It's possible he was given the OK when it was expected that the report would be filed on time. July 6th is well after the normal filing date. Whatever news Nunally reported would already have been published. After it was realized that the report would be late, the OK was recinded.
That would have been playing it close to the vest but it's possible.
It's also possible that Nunally called off the meeting on his own realizing the trouble he could have gotten into for passing on insider info.
