Lucky Stiff... as far as I can tell, all of the remaining cases are in the dismisall process.

So, where do we go from here?  Are we out of the litigation business as Plank suggested?  If so, what will Greenspoon Marder be doing for e.Digial? Licensing? Contracts?   or will new cases be filed under another company's name and we are just waiting for the transaction to take place?  I am clueless.  Maybe Plank has a lot better insight into the possiblilities than I do.

P.S... As several others have already pointed out... the two new directors with options of 250K shares a piece... wouldn't they want the stock price to go up?  especially higher than their option prices?  Well, you would think so.
