This is a hard one to figure out. I can' believe the late reporting was done because they had a problem doing it. If they did. all they had to do was ask for an extension. They didn't. It's as if it was planned. The question is WHY? Meanwhile the stock takes a beating.and will lose credibility even if the problem is ultimately resolved.
